We are looking for individuals to join our sales force as an overseas property consultant working for a well established and rapidly growing international real estate company. Applicants with less experience will also be considered. The position is provided in our Varna-Bulgaria head office with view to an immediate start.
Job description and main responsibilities:
-A team player that recognizes the power of team selling
-A positive attitude and the ability to work well with customers and team members in a demanding environment
-Knowledge of project marketing and/or real estate sales
-An excellent working relationship with real estate communities
-Knowledge and a high comfort level with MS Windows based software (Word, Excel, etc.)
-Knowledge and experience in selling resort property, condominiums, and premier home sites
-Confident in dealing with high net-worth buyers providing detailed property ownership information
-A keen desire to implement a proven method of selling that has been designed to achieve ‘hyper absorption’ sales velocity with a focus on customer service
-Following up all sales enquiries
-Closing overseas property deals
-Flexibility essential
-Willingness to learn and develop new sales skills
Skill and education needed
-Educated to a good standard
-Experience of the real estate market
-Understanding of the market necessities
-Ambitious and enjoy working in a incentive driven environment
-Good level of spoken English
-Ability to converse in Russian, Romanian or Polish an advantage
