- The Microsoft Office team is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design & implement systems and infrastructure necessary to localise and deliver high quality Microsoft Office products to our international customers.
- The team is responsible for the Office Client family of applications (such as Word, Excel etc.), as well as the new wave of Office Server apps.
Essential Requirements
- University degree in IT and 2-3 years relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems Server and Workstation
- Demonstrated problem solving expertise in complex technical and organizational environments
- Written & oral fluency in English
Desirable Requirements
- Thorough understanding of localisation & globalisation concepts
- Proven expertise in identifying, designing, developing and implementing localization process improvements
- Demonstrated application of technologies in the solution of complex business problems. Knowledge of SQL, XML, Sharepoint and scripting languages
