Role description:
This two-year program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation of technical and strategic skills to make you ready for global business leadership. During the program, you will have various rotational work assignments: rotations will be in the field or could be cross-functional rotations in different areas of the business such as research and development, marketing, planning and budgeting.
• Master’s degree in science or engineering (physics, geology, mining or petroleum engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering, computer sciences or mathematics).
• International mobility
• Good command of English, other European language an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
