• Review of Design Documentation for Operability and Maintainability Assurance
• Support in the development of the CMMS
• Preparation of the maintenance procedures and specifications
• Support the development of the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
• Participate in the factory acceptance test
• Input into the equipment inspection plans
• Check suitability of the maintenance routines proposed by vendors
• Modification of the maintenance routines to include field feedback in line with Company strategy
• Input into the equipment spare parts selection
• Input in planning, scheduling and execution of the topsides maintenance
• Define, hold and schedule maintenance related contracts throughout their life cycle
• Input into the technical training of National Technicians and competence assurance schemes
• Input into the Opex model, pre operation budget and first operational budget
• Input into the VOWD (Value of Work Done) report
• Identify the appropriate operation engineering standards required for the operation of the facilities

Company’s Corporate Health & Safety and Environment Policy, and applying Company’s Safety Management Systems.
• Engineering/Technical qualification
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Minimum of 12 years experience in oil& gas production operations
• Experience in the same role on major projects
• Experience in planning, budgeting and cost control
• Capable in using specific PC software
• Experience in working in the Caspian region would be an advantage
• Experience in the operation of high Hydrogen Sulphide facilities
