- The delivery of compliant procurement activity for the Marketing area, associated with EMEA ¿mid-and-high touch¿ Indirect Procurement Operations activity - Ensures compliance with procurement, legal, financial and business controls for their area.
- To support strategic Procurement Team in sourcing, negotiation, contracting and documentation of all activities relating to the sub-commodity
- Manage some of the administration work regarding procurement activities ensuring at all time compliance to HP policies & practices; including analysis of documentation, financial comparisons, some supplier meetings and discussions regarding tactical topics
- Processes evaluation: mid-touch and high touch risk assessment and order management, business controls compliance, validation of purchase requisition against contract, payment terms compliance, Purchase Order creation, supplier and end-user communication, Indirect Procurement, core tactical program administration
- Graduate in Business Administration and or related procurement area
- Up to 5 years experience in procurement or related field
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sound systems and financial knowledge
- Strong team player
- Ability to fit into a multi-cultural environment

The EMEA Region Indirect Procurement Center serves as a focal point for IP core tactical processes and service delivery. The Region Indirect Procurement Center will provide value to HP Indirect Procurement by meeting the following objectives: to simplify the consumer experience by deploying Regional and Global processes standards; todeliver operational cost savings to HP by providing economies of scale and process efficiency and to build and retain Indirect Procurement core tactical process knowledge.
