- Effective sourcing and management of strategic suppliers who directly impact the bottom line. Work in close alignment with worldwide programs and strategies
- Drive, develop and implement EMEA wide procurement processes and projects for specific HR disciplines, meeting and beating targets for cost savings and stakeholder satisfaction
- Leadership of procurement strategies for complex services that typically span multiple businesses and/or multiple countries, sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management and contract development
- Conduct projects and culturally diverse teams across multiple functions, business units and regions
- Support HR Stakeholders in Italy for local strategic procurement projects
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related discipline and 2-5 years experience in procurement (preferably in HR), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Any other European language might be a considerable plus
- Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, sourcing and risk management
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge of HR spend categories and supply chain structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to quickly integrate an international team and to work remotely.
