- To provide support to company employees related to implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- To maintain compliance with local laws and regulations concerning employment;
- To maintain data records for each employee (i.e. personal details, salary, vacation days, absences, etc);
- To process, verify and update documents related to personnel activities;
- To plan and perform new employee orientation and run the induction program for new hires;
- To compile reports from database pertaining to personnel activities;
- To provide traveling-related administrative support for each employee of the company.
- University degree (a diploma in Social Science or Economics would be an advantage);
- Minimum 2 years exposure to HR projects and processes;
- Good command of English language;
- PC literacy (MS Word, MS Excel) - advanced level;
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation;
- Excellent communication, organization and planning skills.
