Experienced head housekeeper required for a 4 stars hotel from UK !

JOB SPECIFICATION
You should preferably be degree qualified in Hotel & Catering or as a minimum have 3 years experience in Managerial (medium management) positions within the Housekeeping Department within a very good quality hotel environment, preferably 4/ 5 star standards. Very good English required! You should have also Supervisory Skills ; Administration skills ; Effective training skills ; Ability to work shifts ; Effective communication and leadership skills ; A cheerful and outgoing disposition.

ROLE/JOB DESCRIPTION

This city centre hotel require an experience Head Housekeeper to oversee this busy operation hotel. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the department, managing staff, maintaining and exceeded brand standards. You will be responsible tom maintain high standards as befits a 4 Stars Hotel, controlling & ordering stock, staff training & development, dealing with suppliers as you will be part of the Management Team.
Role will include duty management shifts.

CONTRACT DETAILS
1-2 years contract (there is possible to be extended according with your working performances and achievements) ; Accommodation provided; Salary + £26.,000 gross per annum; 20 paid holiday days; starting date: asp – preferable beginning of end of Oct.2007
