JOB DESCRIPTION
Through understanding of the HP project business, manage a team of 15 ¿ 20 people who provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services management, Project Managers and other customers as requested. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP¿s policies and processes. The team is responsible for order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting. The supervisor role includes people management responsibility, performance appraisal and identify individual development plan by strong employee engagement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Currently, we are centralizing part of our operations in Bucharest and we are looking for candidates willing to join a competitive, rewarding business environment.
Our perfect candidate has:
¿ People management experience (with strong knowledge of conflict resolution, motivating people, career planning, Coaching)
¿ Accounting or Finance background
¿ 5 years of field related experience
¿ Minimum 3 years of people and process management with span of control around 10-15 people
¿ Understanding not proficiency of Concepts like (ISO, IE, Six Sigma) will be an added advantage
¿ Putting Customer First attitude, and willing/enjoying Challenge as an environment

¿ Customer oriented with good written and spoken English skills
¿ MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly excel, word)
¿ Patient, well organized, self-dependent, flexible & proactive person
¿ Able to work under pressure & to exercise independent judgment
