• Checking the planned figures of passengers and load using sophisticated software of airline companies
• Doing the complete load planning, managing irregularities, solving unexpected situations
• Communicating with different departments of company and gathering the information from them (the ramp supervisor, pilots, cockpit and cabin crew) by phone, etc.
• First professional experience is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are suitable too
• Excellent German (mostly spoken)
• Advanced English (spoken & written)
• Basic PC skills
• Good communication skills
• Service orientation and/or customer orientation, strong team spirit and self-organization
• Stress tolerance and reliability
• Willingness to learn
• Flexibility for work in shifts (shift of 8 hours, total working time of 40 hours/week)
BENEFITS
• 18 000 CZK brut (cca. 690 EUR) = cca. 14 200 CZK net (cca. 540 EUR)
• After training, salary increased to 20 000 CZK brut (cca. 765 EUR)
• In addition, performance bonus up to 4 000 CZK brut (cca. 153 EUR) per month is offered and bonuses of 1 000 CZK brut (cca. 38 EUR) for night shifts/work during weekends
• Accommodation for 1st month provided and paid (for foreigners apart from Slovak)
• 3 weeks of special theoretical TRAINING and then also “training on the job” + educational courses on special software and communication skill, ARE PROVIDED and paid by the employer.
