1. Good knowledge of OOP PHP
2. Able to optimize MySql queries
3. Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, including HTML5 and CSS3
4. Writes clean and logical markup
5. Familiar with cross-browser compatibility issues
6. Familiar with JQuery
