We are currently recruiting for the position of Front Office Agent with FRENCH and ITALIAN for our offices in BRATISLAVA.

What will be your responsibility
- Handling all incoming helpdesk calls related to Transaction (Invoice Processing) and/or Procurement enquiries, providing support to all customers
- Resolving external calls related to Transaction (Invoice Processing) enquiries within SAP to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLAs) targets and maintain the appropriate control environment
- Fielding incoming calls and emails and document all issues, resolution & follow-up actions in the appropriate helpdesk tool
- Escalation of any vendor disputes
- Recommendation of updates to procedures and user guide to team lead

What we are looking for
- At least secondary school education (Excellent PC skills)
- Fluent knowledge of both French and Italian
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with difficult client employees and vendors
- Excellent process and documentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients, team members and colleagues
