RESPONSABILITATI

In the context of one project in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a multilingual First Level Helpdesk Operator with a profile close to an Administrative Employee as no technical skills are needed.

He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Standard helpdesk activities: receiving requests by phone, mail, fax and registrating these in a specific system, processing and following up on these.
- Follow the instructions of the client for the replies given to the users.
- Help maintaining the knowledge databases.


CERINTE

- Good communication skills
- Good oral and written knowledge of English, French and German
- Experience of working in a Computerized Environment (Office, Internet, computer applications usage)
- At least secondary education.

The following items could be considered as an advantage:
- Knowledge of Dutch or Swedish.
- Previous experience in Helpdesk/Call center environments.
- Knowledge of additional languages of the EU.
