RESPONSABILITATI

- You will act as a Process and Subject Matter Expert in EMEA, supporting Global and Region Programs, Projects and Initiatives. Tactical support is provided for Global initiated requests by working closely with the global Business Process/Systems team.
- Ensure business controls and processes are in compliance with audit requirements and business objectives.
- Develops cross-functional processes with business partners that include service level agreements to ensure processes are consistently fine-tuned and accountability is measured.
- Anticipate and investigate business support opportunities
- Evaluate and quantify potential financial impact of the project
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced ever-changing environment in support of the Global and Regional Credit Function are imperative.
- Develop and document policies and procedures that meet guidelines
- Time management. Budget management
- Manage service provider relationship
- Provide ongoing support per defined support model
- Monitor metrics, analyze trends, communicate and initiate action as required


CERINTE

- Undergraduate/ graduate background in Business/Finance with minimum 3 years practical work experience in a similar position
- Literate in: SAP/R3, HP Reporting Tools (Brio, Business Objects, Tabula), Experience with web-based collection tools (e.g. GetPaid), enhanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint
- Project management skils
- Conflict resolution skills
- Process oriented thinking
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes
- Ability to use information management tools
