Mission: to ensure that all instrumentation works, assemblies or fabrications are executed in accordance with the drawings, documentation and specifications consistent with Company procedures/practices
Tasks:
- reviews the Design Documentation for construction and commissioning phases
- supports the development of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management and System);
- prepares the maintenance procedures and specifications;
- supports the development of the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance);
- participates in the factory acceptance tests;
- inputs data into the equipment inspection plans;
- checks the suitability of the maintenance routines proposed by vendors;
- modifies the maintenance routines to include field feedback in line with Company strategy;
- inputs data into the equipment spare parts selection;
- inputs data in planning, scheduling and execution of the topsides maintenance;
- defines, holds and schedules maintenance related contracts throughout their life cycle;
- inputs data into the technical training of Technicians and competence assurance schemes;
- inputs data into the VOWD (Value of Work Done) report;
- identifies the appropriate operation engineering standards required for the operation of the facilities;
- demonstrates a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following:
- Local Statutory Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations
- Company s Corporate Health & Safety and Environment Policy, and Company s Safety Management Systems.
Engineering Degree
Minimum of 8 years experience in oil& gas production operations
Experience in the same role on major projects
Experience in planning, budgeting and cost control
Experience in the operation of high Hydrogen Sulphide facilities
Capable to use specific PC software
Fluency in English
