RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure that the services provided in the office administration and IT Infrastructure area match internal highest quality standards but also end-user expectations
- Consistently and regularly check the quality of the services provided, to assess if they are in line with the signed agreements and if they meet employees' needs
- Managing operational interfaces with suppliers
- Leading ¿Work Protection¿ & Safety programs
- In charge with the Car Fleet Services supervision ensuring that the insurance and maintenance of Company cars is performed in line with P&G principles and standards
- Managing the local inventory of the company assets
- Interface between the local end-users and the support teams in the IT area.
- Works with the internal customers to formulate new service requests


CERINTE

- College or University graduate
- Good command of English language
-Capacity to clearly set purposes, objectives and goals
- Ability to persuade and convince people
- Enthusiastic and reliable person, able to work independently as well as in a team
- Self-motivated person, with analytical thinking and innovation skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Previous experience and technical knowledge would be an advantage.


DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

As Bulgaria & Macedonia Facility Management Coordinator you will be the first point of contact and point of responsibility for Bulgaria employee for the workplace services.
You will work in close cooperation with all functions and internal customers, with suppliers and contractors, you will provide them with Workplace assistance and support for both Bulgaria & Macedonia P&G offices. You will have the chance to work for one of the largest multinational companies in the world, in a challenging, high performance work environment.
