RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLE: This role is crucial to the hotel and a senior management role. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as F & B Manager or 1 years as Ops Manager with a food and beverage bias.

The candidates experience should be food and beverage based but not just restaurant – hotel experience is essential with a branded operation.

Must have good experience within a similar operation, able to lead the team, maintain good service levels and able to work well under pressure.
