Responsible for the adjustment/correction all existing processes and procedures;
Responsible for the exchange of mould’s based on the order discussed during Production Meeting;
Startup and release of orders to the machines;
Closing orders;
Install the necessary “tools” to prevent non conformities;
Report the maintenance needs of the machines and all parts;
Implement the “pilot” injection test’s;
Control the analytical ability of the mould construction; process optimization and periphery selection;
Propose and implement improvement;
Problem analysis and problem solving;
Control the safety of the workplace.
For our client, specialized in the injection moulding of plastic parts and secondary operations since 1988, we are looking for an experienced Engineer Injection Moulder.
Requirements:
Language knowledge: very good English;
Preferably min - 5 years experience as Engineer Injection Moulder;
Min 5 years experience in plastic Injection;
University education preferably with the technical education of science specialization of chemistry;
Technical education – minimum Bachlor – in the technical direction
Working independently;
High degree of precision;
Knowledge of ISO 14001.
