Mechanical Engineers (Static,Rotating and Special Equipment)for Upstream / Downstream Projects. The mechanical engineers for static ,rotating and special equipment we are looking for have 10-15 years experiece in the oil & gas industry (on/offshore) and/or the (petro)chemical & refinery industry . His main responsibilities are: ¿ ensure implementation of (inter)national, project and company codes and standards. ¿ contribute to a mechanical project team in a multi office environment. ¿ manage and perform reviews / studies during basic and detailed design . ¿ prepare data sheets and requisitions including seller document review. ¿ manage suppliers with regard to timely delivery of documents and materials. ¿ work with and maintain Mechanical data bases on projects. For Static engineers software knowledge such as Compress,Scades and/or PV -Elite is a mandatory requirement.
He is familiar with the international codes and standards such as BS,TEMA ,ASME and API. Requirements: Mechanical Engineers for static, ratating and special equipment (10-15 years experience) in the oil and gas petrochemical industry (on-/offshore) and also poly technical education. The main responsibilities are to ensure implementation of (inter)national, project and company standards, provide leadership to a mechanical project team in a multi-office environment, and to ménage and perform reviews/studies during basic and detailed design. Furthermore the Mechanical Engineer is a mentor to Junior Engineers within his/her field of expertise. The Mechanical Engineer is familiar with the international codes as mention above.
