FotoNation is looking for an experienced senior engineer with understanding of networking protocols and communications for embedded firmware development.
- Embedded systems programming (ASM, C/C++);
- Real time operating systems and device driver architectures;
- Networking and communications protocols and architectures;
- Experience in developing portable code;
- Experience in developing and using embedded networking and communications protocol stacks (e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP, PPP, etc¿);
- Good knowledge and understanding of modern microprocessors, system buses, I/O (interrupt and DMA driven) and memory subsystems
Additional skills (would be added advantage);
- Embedded UI design;
- Experience working with CF+, SDIO and USB;
- Knowledge and understanding of image processing (understanding image representation and formats, experience working and implementing various algorithms);
- Windows UI and Win32 API programming experience.
