Job Title: E & I IT Coordinator
Location: Hague, The Netherlands
Contract: 1 year (renewable)
Job Type: Permanent Position
Salary: Euro 2,500 - 5,150 / month
Starting Date: ASAP
Useful Information:
- 30% tax ruling will decrease overall personal income tax liability to approx. 25%-30%
- The Client can help in finding accommodation near the office (NO additional compensation)
- Family status possible
- 13th & 14th month salary
- Paid sick leave

- Living in the centre of The Hague (near the beach)
- Multiply monthly salary by 14 and then calculated 70% for the total nett income per year.
- Good social coverage but no further support for local travel / accommodation.
- Total travel / housing cost assuming dommicile just outside the Hague (¿15-20min commute) will be about 500-850 depending on family status).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Function: E & I IT Coordinator
Department: Instrumentation
Reporting: The E&I IT Coordinator reports to and is supervised by the assigned Lead De¿signer/Engineer or E&I Department Manager/E and/or I Section Leader/E&I Design Co¿ordinator.

TASKS:
- The E&I IT Coordinator 1 contributes in an efficient way to all E&I IT activities for the de¿partment, projects, proposals, estimates and/or work improvement programs. In this func¿tion he/she will perform engineering/design application support activities such as:
- Performing all aspects of the assigned software application(s) for engineering and design IT tools.
- Reporting to E&I Department Manager /E and/or I Section Leader/E&I Design
- Coordinator/Lead Person of shortcomings, problems, suggestions, performance, etc. of assigned application(s).
- Maintenance of administration, documentation, user request (and follow-up) re¿lated to the function.
- Gain full knowledge of the assigned application(s) and understand all of its (fu¿ture) basic functionality and link(s) with other application(s).
- Contribution to the multi-office project execution.
- Optimize / standardize of data handling with respect of E&I software applications (included writing of programs/macro's and their relevant specifications/guides).
- Support to and training of users of assigned application(s).
- Support and coaching of E&I 2D and 3D coordinator.
- Ensures that personnel under his/her supervision are up to date on com¿pany/project standards, procedures and specifications and that they are fully ad¿hered to.
- Is responsible that personnel under his/her supervision are properly trained and periodically evaluated.
- Show flexibility and ensure proper hand-over with regards to:
- The reassignment to other projects.
- The replacement of colleagues during illness and holidays.
- The provision of assistance to other colleagues with heavy workload when possible/desirable.
- The managing/learning of current/future working methods and software applications.
- The E&IIT Coordinator 1 will express his/her willingness to accept all (related) tasks of higher and lower level as requested by/in accordance with the E&I Department Man¿ager/E and/or I Section Leader/E&I Design Coordinator.
