Reporting to the project manager, the Design Engineer will transform customer requirements into the formal design blueprint. Where customisations or developments are concerned, the work will be carried out internally by a programmer, externally with the help of a service provider or by the engineer himself/herself.
The Design Engineer will intervene:
- before the programmers, to make technical specifications detailing the objects, structure and user interface,
- afterwards, to manage integration testing and to assist the client during the formal reception.
- University Degree
- Over 4 years of previous relevant experience
- Expertise in functional analysis, technical design in UML, acceptance testing and documentation
- Knowledge of one or more of the following: tools (Mega/Eclipse), languages/SGBD (JSF, Oracle, XML, HTML), development frameworks (Struts/Hibernate)
The compensation package includes an attractive salary, contract for undertimed period with Bull France and relocation facilities.
