For our developing plant, located in the Czech Republic, we are looking for most suitable candidates for the position of:
Design Engineer
You will be responsible for:
- Co-operating closely with the Design Manager by preparing new production launch and product design changes
- Monitoring and improving product warranty and cost positions via design improvements
- Analyzing product design changes, proceeding required tests, preparing technical documentation including necessary forecasts (material needs, costing)
- Co-operating with production and quality department by launching new products, optimizing relevant procedures and technique
- Participating on quality standards fulfilling, communicating with responsible quality engineers
- Solving non-standard situation, preparing the right solution leading to most effective results
- Optimizing assembly lines utilization to achieve the most effective results
- Participating on continuous improving program according to corporate strategy
- University Degree;
- Good knowledge of English is a must;
- Knowledge of German is welcomed;
- At least 5 years experience in similar position;
- Good understanding of technical, design and manufacturing procedures.
