- operating and maintaining all rig floor drill string
- handling and hoisting equipment and well control systems and equipment as directed by the Driller
- operating and maintaining all related tools and other equipment required to run casing, run and retrieve drill string, riser
- during non-drilling operations, repairing and maintaining of all drilling systems, equipment and work areas as directed by the Driller
- during relocation of the drilling unit, assisting as directed in positioning the drilling unit on and off location
- completion of Secondary School
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- intermediate knowledge of English language
- fit for working offshore if required
