1. To lead Managed services outsourcing group, establish and manage the organization structure of the team, provide the assistance to managed services bidding, negotiate with customers, manage the subcontractors, and instruct the procurement team for managed services outsourcing.
2. To develop sourcing strategy of managed service subcontractors and annual business KPIs for procurement department, be responsible for designing and developing managed services outsourcing business mode and continuous cost-saving;
3. Responsible for strategy development and coordination between local representative office, regional office and headquarter.
4. Collecting cost baseline information of services in the market and building cost benchmark;
5. Negotiation with customers & subcontractors to maximize company’s benefit, organizing the bidding activities from inquiry preparation, offers evaluation, negotiation and contract signing.
6. Qualifying and certifying Managed service subcontractors and setting up local qualified supplier resource base in advance, including Local Field Service partner, 3rd party equipment maintenance vendor, O&M vendor, etc.
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent,
2. At least 10 years work experience in Telecommunications industry, at least 3 years experience in outsourcing and from telecom manufacturer side or telecom implementation subcontractor side is preferable.
3. Managed Services skills’ familiarity is preferred, including Field Service, Operation and Maintenance, 3rd party equipment maintenance, etc. Able to prepare O&M outsourcing policies.
4. Strong negotiation skill and influence power; proved procurement cost-down track; strong leadership and management skills; Good team-work operating with excellent communication skills.
5. Fluent in English language.
