Provide phone an e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users;
Providing information to customers according to their needs;
Solving clients queries;
Collaboration with other departments and colleagues.
German speakers - B2 level is the minimum;
English language skills - minimum B1;
Previous experience will be an asset but is not a key;
Passion and motivation to pursue a professional career on a position related to foreign languages in an international team.
