- Answers telephone calls and deals with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers
- Validates customer service entitlements
- Provides hardware and software telephone support with a goal to meet set targets consistently
- Assumes responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries
- Escalates calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate
- Obtains accurate customer details and amend call-handling system when applicable
- Positively manages internal relationships
- Contributes positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities
- Uses and improves knowledge base through feedback
- Ensures through team work that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
- Fluency in Hungarian and German
- Medium English
- Computer and Keyboard Skills
- Good analytical skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
