RESPONSABILITATI

Answers telephone calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers
Validates customer service entitlements
Provides hardware and software telephone support with a goal to meet set targets consistently
Assumes responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries
Escalates calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate
Obtains accurate customer details and amend call-handling system when applicable
Positively manages internal relationships
Contributes positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities
Uses and improves knowledge base through feedback
Ensures through team work that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently


CERINTE

Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese
Computer and Keyboard Skills
Good analytical skills and technical knowledge
Excellent customer handling skills
Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
