One of our clients, a leading provider of Spend Management solutions, is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative.
On this position you will be acting as a first level support for clients who need help regarding to different issues in IT field.
Your responsibilities:
* Providing customer service
* Understanding the client´s needs and meeting their requirements
* Problem solving
* Communication with these clients is by email and phone therefore it's very important to speak English and French on a high level, additional language is a plus.
* high level of English
* at least advanced French, additional language is a plus
* previous experience on a similar position is a huge advantage
* strong communication skills
* very client oriented personality
* good PC skills
