Processes and follows orders initiated from Sales through to product delivery to ensure the orders are properly fulfilled;
Answers questions from customers before and after the sale regarding general product information, order status, shipment schedule, etc. to provide accurate and timely information;
Handles and resolves customer complaints in a tactful and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
Makes sales via telephone to selected customers;
Tracks the timely payment status for accounts and alerts Finance and Sales of any overdue payment to ensure all payments are received on time
Higher education;
1 or more years of customer service or similar experience desirable;
Knowledge of shipping and logistics desirable;
Basic IT capabilities (e-mail, SAP R3, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT);
Fluent in English; one or more other European languages helpful.
