This role presents a great opportunity to work for a growing, global IT Service provider. The role holders will be involved in deliverying outstanding service in a dynamic and fast paced environment where they will be working with leading companies and the latest technologies.
Previous experience of communicating with English Language speakers from across the world;
Knowledge of basic computer and technical terms;
Regular contact with customers in a customer led environment;
Hardware knowledge covering PCs, Laptops, Printers and other peripheral devices;
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
Experience of working in an English language based call-centre operation, preferably working within the IT industry;
Working with demanding customers and delivering to tight deadlines;
Experience of working in a shift pattern;
A strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and applications.
The opportunity to work in an international environment;
Three to six months training period based in Endava UK working closely onsite with senior Endava Service Desk personnel;
