A development team lead is required to work in the IT team that supports the Risk Management department responsible for monitoring, measuring and communicating risks.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, building and integrating data analysis and reporting systems. Responsibilities will include designing and constructing processes and middle-tier UI services using core Java, designing and constructing user interfaces using C#, constructing and maintaining DB2 UDB queries and stored procedures and providing production support to ensure system reliability and performance. The candidate will lead a team of up to 5 people in developing, maintaining and supporting software used by the Credit Risk department.
- 5+ Years hands on experience of C#
- 5+ Years RDBMS/SQL experience
- Good user-interface development skills
- Excellent analytical ability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Desired skills:
Experience with Java and/or C++
DB2 UDB, SharePoint
