- Establish the development strategy and action plan to execute so as to achieve the office revenue and market penetration targets;
- Responsible for the subsidiary¿s overall performance;
- Responsible for development of new markets segments / new products and services;
- Responsible for employees¿ productivity, development and well being;
- Represents the company in relations with major customers, suppliers, bankers, local authorities etc;
- Provides periodic in-depth reviews of the subsidiary¿s activity;
- Proceeds in accordance with proper business ethics and local legislation.
- An experienced professional with business awareness and a strong business developer profile;
- Proven track record in sales and marketing management;
- Strong business development skills;
- Charismatic, good communication and presentation skills;
- High energy, result oriented individual who will enjoy the challenge of contributing to revenue generation of an SME organization through a period of rapid growth;
- Fluency in English;
- Willing to travel;
- Bachelor¿s degree in engineering, computer sciences or business administration; MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
- Previous experience in a similar position within middle sized companies is a plus.
