The Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) department ensures that the consumer is put to the center of all P&G business decisions and catalyzes continual improvement in the health of our brands and overall business. Our key role is to lead the business team to better and faster business decisions, as well as to shape long term winning strategies, through an in-depth consumer and market understanding.
