JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Commissioning Manager
Reporting to: Project Manager
Supervising: Commissioning Team
Brief Description of Job:
-To manage a small Commissioning Team, instigate and control the production of all necessary Documents.
-To manage and control the sequence of commissioning to ensure a smooth transition into operation.
- To Liaise with the Client and the Construction Team to ensure that all works are undertaken to complete and handover the Project.
Main Specification:
-Familiar with Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) and Seawater Desulphurization (FGD) and their associated systems. (Pumps, Switchgear, Fans, etc) and to have worked on the commissioning of similar systems previously.
-Being familiar with commissioning of New Plant into a existing plant would be an advantage.
-To have worked within the field of commissioning for 10 years, 3 years of which will have been in a similar position.
- Previous experience working within Multi-National teams desirable as well as overseas, especially within the Middle East region.
- To have experience of Commissioning within a Clients structured system would be desirable.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
Languages: English as mother tongue desirable,
