Passionate and hard working Commis Chef required for quality Gastro Pubs all over United Kingdom. We are seeking skilled chefs who is passionate about good food and is keen to play an important role in the kitchen team. Our clients have a reputation for great local produce, cooked simply without all the fuss. It is an informal setting where you can get a great meal with informal friendly service.
You’ll get the chance to work in different sections of the kitchen and will be given guidance and training that will help you develop the skills needed to become a fantastic chef.
This role would suit a Commis Chef who is and looking for a role where they can continue their development.
The duties of the Commis Chef position will include:
- Maintaining high standards
- Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
- Prepping food prior to service
- Working on different sections of the kitchen as required by the Head and Sous Chefs
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Taking part in training sessions
£12,000 / £14,000 per annum
You will receive a very competitive package including a good base salary, a share of good tips, quality live in and a reasonable working week.
