The most used machines are FP4NC, Hermle C800U and Hermle C600U;
Milling of moulds and cores for injection moulds on traditional milling machines and on CNC milling machines;
Operate these machines and programming CNC milling machines first in HEIDENHEIM and then in ISO operating system;
Freeze moulds, depending to the technical specification: this means you will prepare, install, program and handle the metal peaces in order to get the right end product;
Work with the measurement instrument;
Read the technical drawings correctly.
For our client, who develop and manufacture of moulded primary packaging and devices, we are looking for an CNC Freezer/Programmer in Heidenheim/ISO operating system.
Requirements:
Language knowledge: Good English, minimum communicative;
Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC freezer;
Minimum 3 yeas experience as a programmer in Heidenheim;
Experience with traditional milling machines and with CNC milling machines (both operating and programming in Heidenheim);
Experience with programming in ISO operating system is very welcome but not required;
Experience with the smallest and finest pieces;
To have the overhaul insight in the production process;
To program independently in Heidenheim.
