Chef de partie - 4 stars hotel & 2 rosettes

A 4 stars hotel and 2 AA rosettes high standard of food, which is modern British in style with the emphasis on local seafood, is looking to employ 2 chefs de partie to join a brigade of 15 staff, working split shifts over 5 to 5.5 days per week.

- The evening restaurant seats approximately 100 covers, with up to 150 lunches served each day in the lounge and terrace area.
- All staff are expected to be professional in their manner, keen to learn, and enjoy the hotel philosophy of work hard, play hard.
- On the job training will be given, and there is an intensive induction and set up period at the beginning of the season before the hotel opens!

CERINTE

The perfect applicants:
