Our clients are big 4*/5* Hotel Groups (Marriott Hotels, Abode Hotels, Q Hotels, von Essen Hotels, Hand Picked Hotels, recruiting for a Chef de Partie / Sous Chef positions. We are looking for passionate chefs with experience in international cuisine; 1 year experience required in the position they apply for; good english required.
The Role: Chef de Partie & Sous Chef
Chef de Partie Role Criteria
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
The Chef de Partie will be reporting directly into the Sous Chef
Chef de Partie must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
The successful Chef de Partie will have at least 2 years experience at demi or commis level within a similar operation.

Sous Che Role Criteria
The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
The Senior Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
Senior Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
The successful Senior Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.

This role requires a candidate with a proven track in quality establishments, someone who has a good knowledge of food and as Chef de Partie/Sous Chef also manage the brigade in the Head Chef’s absence.
Good English level.
£15,000 / £17,000 per annum + tips + accomodation + benefits per annum - CHEF DE PARTIE
£17,000 / £22,000 per annum + tips + accomodation + benefits per annum - SOUS CHEF
