RESPONSABILITATI

As a Buyer you will execute a variety of administrative tasks related to purchasing in different spending pools, as per the needs of our different departments.
Expected starting date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure best overall value in purchasing various goods and services;
- Operate the purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation;
- Work with different departments to ensure the purchasing standards are met;
- Execute negotiated contracts (place call off orders, ensure contractual terms are met, including service level respect, schedule contract renewal, etc.);
- Perform supplier management (participate in pre-inquiry and clarification meetings, as well as negotiations, monitor suppliers' performance, etc.).


CERINTE

Key Skills&Requirements:
- Minimum high school plus one year work experience; preferably, 3 years college or technical school graduate;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Very good communication (both written and oral) and collaboration skills (ability to build and maintain productive working relationships in stressful conditions, including the ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams);
- Customer-oriented attitude: commitment to answer requests and solve problems;
- Ability to follow standard processes;
- Ability to follow-through until completion of tasks, willingness to assume such responsibilities;
- Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy, priority setting&punctuality;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
