RESPONSABILITATI

-Develops new business opportunities in CEE region.
-Supports Learning Solutions and e-Education business in the CEE with the responsibility of Orders, Revenue and gross margin in collaboration with the other members of the Central Team of Education Services in CEE.
-Design, price, support, deliver & facilitate Education workshops.
-Provides coaching to interns around the Education Portfolio.
-Manages relationships with Partners, covering the best interests of HP ES portfolio.
-Drives, develops, growths the particular FOI. Aligns with pre-sales, sales, marketing.
-Provides actual and comprehensive curricula in the area of focus to meet customer requirements.
-Adoption of the program according to local education specialties and market needs.
-Develops in depth relationship with HP key accounts (typically with HR and/or IT training department).
-Supports, provides guidance and cooperates in the planning and scheduling process in cooperation with the different business units.
-Establishes and maintains a network with the CEE/EMEA business developer(s) to synchronize knowledge, processes and to align future strategies to guarantee a collaborative framework.
-Works closely together with local marketing for helping to develop a well coordinated marketing plan for the FOI.
-Escalation management in case of a "non-quality" delivery.


CERINTE

-Master degree in Business Administration / Economy or Computer Science field of study, ideally related to education business or equivalent experience.
-Business Development experience in Education Business is a valuable asset.
-Qualification and practical experience in trainings or education sector (teacher, adult education, lecturer in high school).
-Significant Consulting and Project Management experience.
-Ability to influence others.
-Demonstrated multiple project coordination skills.
-Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and consulting skills.
-Communicates with high level management level clients during development and implementation of parts of a solution.
-Team player: ability to work as a team member and willingness to motivate and mentor other consultants.
-Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

HP Education Services provides customer training featuring a comprehensive curriculum of instructor-led classroom, remote classroom, and self-paced courses to help our customers realize the full potential of their HP solutions and achieve a better return on their IT investments. Complementary HP Education offers training solutions to Public Sector Education (training solutions for involved stakeholders like teacher, pupils etc.) for schools and universities to establish e-schools.
To further grow our education business and build on the successes we had over the last couple of years we are looking for an experienced Business Developer who drives and implements selected business programs and collaborates closely with the countries and our customer to develop customized education solutions. The main purpose of this position is to grow and support Learning Solutions business in the CEE with the primary focus on the e-Education, with a focus on teacher and end-user training. These objectives include pre-sales support to the country organization, driving deal development for bigger projects, but also participating in delivery, such as providing the consulting services, preparing legal agreements with Partners / suppliers and training of interns.
