As a Budget Controller, you will support and coordinate the West Balkans budget activities by actively tracking and reporting the status by customer, by country, and by ensuring that the customer spending processing requirements are met.
The job covers the budgets generation, commitments, and spending tracking and reporting by customer and by country (for the 3 countries in the West Balkans ¿ Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia), and represents the single window for Control for Sales and Management, and also the gate-keeper in this area in order to ensure compliance with P&G standards and local procedures.
The job requires most frequent interaction with Distributors, Sales Assistants (West Balkans), Key Account Managers (West Balkans), Unit Managers, (West Balkans), Finance and Accounting in Bucharest office.
- Actively tracking and reporting the status by customer, by country in terms of generation, commitments, spending.
- Ensuring that the customer spending processing requirements are met (spending within committed amount/Action Plan, Optima tracking).
- Legally eligible to work in Serbia and Montenegro.
- Minimum education of BA or BS with good academic results.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Good command of the English & Serbian language
