- Starting September 2007 we are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape Eastern European future with us.
- Top graduates from Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Ukraine will be carefully selected to enter a one-year, high-profile trainee-programme.
- You will gather practical experience across various departments in your home country and gain intercultural experience during 2 country visits.
- You will receive intensive training in the Vienna HQ in theory, personal skills and industry-specific topics.
- You will be challenged to grow both professionally and personally.

Do you have what it takes?
- You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a degree in business, economics or natural sciences (Candidates with two years working experience are also welcomed).
- Along with your excellent academic results you have strong command of English and are a native speaker of at least one language spoken in the above mentioned countries.
- You are a high-aspiring, determined individual who is looking to contribute to a thriving business in your home country.
