Backup technical specialist - Bratislava

RESPONSABILITATI

The Backup Techincal Owner focuses on continuous operations, project and change management of backup and recovery solutions. The main goal is to provide the highest backup success rate possible and to ensure restorability of customer's data - especially within the production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Moreover, he is responsible for complex backup solutions; he is responsible for all change management of the backup concept as the whole. He also is responsible for the optimization and proactive support.
He/she works in close relationship with the Delivery Lead, who coordinates all the actions for the customer.
- to work on complex incidents,
- identify and solve problems,
- all change management in the environments under his/her responsibility
- define and execute work orders to implement changes,
- customer contact on the projects/tasks he/she is responsible for,
- provide consulting,
- availability and capacity management.
