The candidate will have to manage the before sales technical offers as well as to implement IS commercial project of a telecom operator and will also be familiar with sales administration aspects, Rating, Billing and Accountancy .
Technical skills:
Billing software such as BSCS or LHS;
Web tel technology such as Apache, TOMCAT;
Oracle, mySQL;
Unix, Linux and Windows;
Language skills:
English - Fluent;
French - Intermediate;
Any other language skills would be a plus.
Education:
University degree
Work experience:
The future candidate should have at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
Personality:
Motivated and Methodological, team oriented and capable of presenting and promoting technical choices within a team as well as in front of the clients.
