Our Business Process Operation is investing into a new global centre located in Romania to serve internal and external customers, operating business admin business process. Very strong growth in the next 2 years.
Responsibilities
- To act as primary interface between the ADMs (Account Delivery Managers)and the operations at the center.
- To support Account Delivery Manager and act as delegate when necessary
- To ensure regional compliance with SOW(Statement of work)
- Level 2 contact for SL (Short list) specific escalations
- To ensure alignment with Controllership ADM( Account Delivery Manager) & ADS(Account Delivery Specialist) for cross account programmes via regular communication
- To support shared operations ADM ( Account Delivery Manager) & ADS(Account Delivery Specialist) in cross customer / service line escalations
- Management of / Participation in projects affecting multiple countries and / or service lines
- Identification and roll out of improvement initiatives across business centres and service lines
- Participation in regular account and service line review meetings
- Transition Management for small transitions into assigned service line
- To develop financial and headcount expertise relevant to assigned service line to provide support to the ADM(Account Delivery Manager)
Profile
- Background in buisness/ finance with preferable 5 years operational experience
- Customer orientated
- Good Communication skills
- Team Leadership
- Knowledge of HP processes and organisation
- Ability to work in a remote / virtual environment and communicate across geography and cultures
- Ability to balance customer needs with business / audit requirements
