RESPONSABILITATI

Summer Work and Travel (SWT) program permits foreign students (at any university level) to get a job in the USA during the summer vacation. This program (SWT) is designed not to conflict with the foreign students¿ academic work at home and can not last more then 4 months.

Cashiers/sales representatives
Responsibilities: operating the cash register, greeting the customers as they enter the store, bagging groceries, asking marketing research questions.

Merchandising and customer relations
Responsibilities: check-in, price and arranging the products on the shelves, assisting customers find products and make suggestions.

Grocery vendors
Responsibilities: greeting customers, taking their order and prepare it, follow all of the Health Department¿s regulations.


CERINTE

Any university/master/Ph.D. student (first years students may have a difficulty in obtaining the visa) with average English knowledge and above average academic records is invited to apply. Each application will be evaluated individually. In case one is selected, program participants have to be able to support program costs (including travel to USA and health insurance).
