RESPONSABILITATI

- To provide Production Support to Peoplesoft HCM, FM and/or SFA 8.8 and 8.9 (including knowledge of Payroll process), deployments on Windows servers including version upgrade/migration and patches.

- To responsible for on call support and creation of trouble tickets, code migrations for newly developed enhancements, general troubleshooting, and engineering assistance to the development team to improve application performance and assist with releases.


CERINTE

- Minimum of 2-3 year of experience supporting an instance of Peoplesoft HCM, FM or SFA 8.8 and 8.9 in a Production environment in a pure Production Support and engineering role. Solid skills with Windows and SQL server production environments.

- Good knowledge of Peoplesoft development lifecycle (development, test, production) with ability to provide and receive constructive input to improve application performance to developers early in the development process.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills as related to a production environment of a deployed instance of Peoplesoft.

- Peoplesoft Enterprise. Peoplesoft HCM, FM and/or SFA 8.8 and 8.9

- Read manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn how to develop programs that meet staff and user requirements. Supervise programmers or serve as project leaders for particular systems projects.

- Very good command of English
