We are looking for talented persons eager to form themselves as liaisons to our clients. This involves a 6 months to one year training and practice in Cambric Brasov followed by a long term period (at least three years) of working in USA. You will be involved in advanced designing projects of components for different vehicles: engines, body, cabs, transmissions, hydraulic transmissions for tractors, trucks, bulldozers, excavators etc. You will create models in Pro/Engineer WF as Design Engineer; you will be part of our CATERPILLAR EXCELLENCE CENTRE along with experienced design engineers from all over the country in Cambric Brasov Design Center. You will receive all the information needed to become a Project Manager who will represent us to the client.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
A mechanical engineer with minimum 3 years design or manufacturing experience in automotive industry;
An advanced Pro/Engineer or other CAD software user, with minimum 3 years CAD Design experience;
Proficient in English (spoken and written);
Good negotiator, strong analytical and problem solving person;
Dynamic person with a proactive, innovative attitude;
Experience in design engineering for CATERPILLAR or other heavy off-road equipment producer is a plus (best practice, internal standards etc.);
