1. Responsible for all technical related issues in the Guest¿s staterooms including immediate repairs and preventative maintenance.
2. Responsible for overseeing all shipboard interior maintenance including tile setting, upholstery maintenance, carpeting, wood flooring, lighting fixtures including light bulbs, glass windows and signage.
3. Responsible for overseeing HVAC including fan rooms.
4. Responsible for maintenance of refrigeration and ice-cube making systems.
5. Responsible for all laundry equipment.
6. Responsible for all galley equipment.
7. Responsible for all housekeeping pantry equipment.
8. Responsible for all beverage equipment.
9. Responsible for all plumbing related issues.
10. Responsible for the maintenance of spa equipment, pools and saunas.
11. Follows up on the status of all outstanding job orders of all above equipment
13. Directly oversees the following positions:
¿ Day Service Technician ¿ Carpenter
¿ Machinist ¿ Tile Setter
¿ Plumber ¿ Locksmith
¿ Refrigeration Technician ¿ Upholsterer
¿ Laundry Machinist

works on board passenger ships 4 month on 2 months off.
salary: 110 usd/ day
